Clinic Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent customer service to patients.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, verifying necessary information and updating records as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information
- Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a healthcare or medical office setting, will train and pay for certification as a chiropractic assistant.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other office software applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures desired.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
