Job Summary:

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage QuickBooks for financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Coordinate and plan office events to foster team building and enhance company culture.
- Efficiently manage vendors by negotiating contracts and ensuring quality services.
- Lead and support the office team through effective communication and guidance.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Organize and manage calendars for appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to monitor expenses effectively.
- Experience in payroll processing and adherence to legal requirements.
- Excellent vendor management skills including contract negotiation and relationship building.
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in calendar management to ensure efficient scheduling.
