IT Support Specialist
6 month contract
NYC (on-site)
Experience:
- Proficiency in modern Windows and Mac Operating System
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 product suite.
- Experience with OS/App standardization through imaging and configuration management.
- Must be knowledgeable and current on Information Technology trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in user account provisioning and maintenance (creating, password reset, disable accounts set permissions). •
- Basic understanding of networks, TCP/IP protocol, DNS, WIFI, and DHCP.
- Experience with Enterprise Remote-Control tools.
- Knowledge of standard security guidelines.
- Experience managing service desk platforms.
Education & Certifications:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar experience-based proficiency level.
- CompTIA A , CCNA, NET or Office 365 Certification.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills while supporting end users via phone, email, and/or in person.
