What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pbx operator position at PIH Health?
The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for routing, screening, providing information to callers and calling hospital codes.
The Operator also must be able to work in a fast pace environment handling numerous callers during peak periods. Must be a team player willing to work different shifts and weekends as needed by the hospital.
PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.
