Field Sales Manager
Pincanna is a vertically integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan and a production facility in Pinconning, Michigan. We are looking for: a competitive Field Sales Manager to manage an assigned book of existing customer accounts and attract new clients. Field Sales Managerare responsible for selling, marketing, promoting, and managing Pincanna brands and products within assigned territory.
The right individual will enjoy multitasking, work quickly and efficiently, and be self-motivated. The Field Sales Manager will have a team mentality and willing to assist other departments when needed. This is a great opportunity for a passionate, hardworking, and professional individual to join a team of talented, fast-paced, and driven people. This role will report directly into the Director of Sales and work out of assigned market territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of Pincanna brands and products
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Educate retail partners and budtending staff on all Pincanna brands and products
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new partners and opportunities
- Update CRM system with sales information to track lead and lag indicators
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Occasionally work weekends and run/assist Brand Ambassadors with Vendor Day events
- Travel 75% of time
- Other Job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- Self-motivated and driven
- Experience working in the cannabis industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and organize next steps.
- Ability to achieve ambitious targets in a complex, chaotic, and changing environment.
- Excellent communications skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and able to work some nights and weekends, as needed.
- Computer use competency
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office required
- Must be able to frequently move up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and work continuously for six to eight hours a day.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
