Purpose
Provide person-centered, community inclusive support that helps a person develop and maintain essential and personally enriching life experiences. Facilitate occupational development, life enrichment activities and recreational/leisure activities. Provide training and support services including positive approaches to learning, systematic instruction, behavioral intervention, and self-care needs. Provides transportation services for individuals.
Position Summary:
As a private nonprofit 503C, PHASE/Industries, Inc. operates a successful retail thrift store in Mora, MN, Heritage Thrift. We are seeking a Retail Manager to provide business oversight of the 3 departments that make up our established retail venture: Heritage Thrift, Heritage Barnwood, and Heritage Home Creations. Heritage Barnwood and Heritage Creations' designs are handcrafted by the adults with disabilities that we support in our programming.
The manager will be responsible for: social media/advertising/marketing, sales audits, inventory management, scheduling of local shows/fairs, etc., coordinating with local program staff, daily scheduling/supervision of Heritage Thrift staff. This position will report to the area Director to ensure that the retail enterprise has the proper oversight to ensure its continued success.

Qualifications for Entry:
- At least 2 years of retail experience and 1 year management
- Possess a philosophy of service that is consistent with the mission and purpose of PHASE/Industries Inc.
- Bachelors' Degree (preferred) in Business Management or related field(s).
- Attend and coordinate sales events such as Vintage shows, retail vendor shows, county fairs, etc.
- Willing to work occasional weekends.
- Good driving record and the possession of a current Minnesota driver's license.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks requirements, vehicle insurance qualifications, and medical examination requirements.
