Job Summary:
The Wine Swing Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the Wine Sales Division by providing temporary route coverage and merchandising support throughout the assigned territory on a “swing” or rotating basis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, have a strong work ethic, and a passion and enthusiasm for the beverage industry as a whole.
Territory: Covering Cumberland and York counties. Candidate must live within the coverage territory.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for covering sales representatives scheduled vacations, assisting with merchandising support in retail accounts, and general support to the dedicated team they’re assigned to.
- Work independently with a strong work ethic and a passion and enthusiasm for the beverage industry as a whole.
- Valid Maine driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed including late nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to place inventory where applicable, lifting up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
