JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales/Marketing Associates!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for self-motivated Sales/Marketing associates to assist our customers with providing the appropriate solar solution for their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2 years previous experience in Customer Service or Sales

· Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and high energy

· Good communication skills, able to speak and write clearly and professionally.

· Teamwork mentality with a strong competitive spirit - passionate about their company and customers

· Effective customer escalation management skills

· Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills with creative solutions.

· Intermediate MS Office skills

· Any technology, analytics, or experience with Salesforce and five9 is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Meet with customers to learn more about their energy needs

· Provide guidance on a solar solution

· Provide excellent customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
