Job Summary:
The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, leadership and Global Technology partners to better understand business problems and strategic goals and partner to design and deliver digital solutions. This position can be remote or located in the Miami, FL area.
Essential Functions:

- Build strong relationships to collaborate effectively on all aligned work areas.
- Monitoring project and support work, triaging work, maintaining project plans, project documentation and reference materials.
- Excellent communication skills - elaborate on technical requirements to business value and vice versa across time zones and geographies.
- Be part of the full product lifecycle (design, develop, test, deploy and maintain) and innovation of each step.
- Work closely with stakeholders to create powerful and compelling visions for the short-term, medium-term and long-term direction of the product.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership.
- Experience working in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in IT product/program management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Competencies:
- Experience leading Design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design.
- Experience conducting thorough research to understand user motivations and workflow and can clearly communicate them using appropriate methods (ex: user flows, personas, etc.).
- Behavior-driven development and test frameworks.
- Experience with transition from legacy application transformation to modernCloud/microservices deployments.
- Experience dealing with global teams is preferred.
- Effective problem-resolution skills.
