We are currently recruiting a full time or a part time 32h Sale Assistant for our new boutique in Aventura Mall.
We are looking for a results driven retail profile who will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals.
Position overview
- Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience
- Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the store economic performances
- Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
- Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues
- Attend to deliveries within day of arrival
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Previous experience in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brands
- Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
- Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and specified standards
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude
- Good knowledge of English language
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
