As a Commercial Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, conducting regular CFO meetings, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide strategic guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service will be key to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Relationship Management:

  • Conduct initial meetings with new clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including gathering necessary documentation and information.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client synergy and services.

CFO Meetings and Strategic Guidance:

  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to clients, leveraging our team’s expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Review financial reports, budgets, and other financial documents with clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop customized financial strategies aligned with client business objectives.

Client Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as tax specialists and auditors, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Resolve client issues and manage expectations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate updates, changes, or important information to clients.

Client Retention and Growth:

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to retain and grow client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance client experience.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to client retention strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation to attend client meetings on-site when needed
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective meetings and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Proficiency in office equipment and technology, including QuickBooks, Redtail CRM, Fathom, and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform tasks for extended periods at a desk or workstation.
  • Proficiency in using a computer, including typing and navigating software.
  • Capability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and articulate information.
  • Visual acuity to read documents and work on a computer screen
  • Auditory capability for effective communication;
  • Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings and access common areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
