Company Background 

Cambridge Spa Group (“CSG”), is a private equity backed, franchisee consolidator within the Massage Envy franchise system. CSG employs over 1000 people in Texas, California, and Nevada with corporate teams in Austin, TX and Reno, NV. The company anticipates 4-5x growth in the next 4-5 years driven by robust M&A activity as well as organic performance. The company is led by an experienced senior management team with 20 years of Massage Envy and franchising experience and a best-in-class investor group. 

 

CSG is looking for someone who loves recruiting and understands that it is the most important thing we do as a company. In this role, you will direct and manage our full cycle recruiting requirements and processes for Service Providers and Field Support roles. You will oversee marketing budget, campaigns and initiatives including campus programs. You will work to understand our business and work collaboratively with the team to provide insight and direction. We will look to you to be an expert on the current trends and how we can support our employment brand to attact more candidates. You understand how critical attracting the right people will drive the success of our business. You are focused on culture and retention of the people you work so hard to bring to our team.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers and HR representatives to write or improve job descriptions, job ads and handle postings across job sites and professional/social networks; identify what is working and ways to better market to our target audience. 
  • Responsible for growing candidate pipeline across all CSG locations.  
  • Work with Recruiting Manager and HR to budget marketing related to recruiting on Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms for recruiting. 
  • Find creative ways to engage employed practitioners and collaborate with ops and HR to host events that will lead to increased pipeline. 
  • Work with DMs, Sr. Director of Provider Engagement, Regional Directors and LMT Leads to attract new hires and work with campus and community events in market. 
  • Set accountability metrics for all recruiting across the organization with weekly reporting to monitor successes and identify areas for training and improvement; work with Regional Directors and Director of HR to drive improvement in underperforming areas. 
  • Review causes for attrition and work with HR and Leadership to identify ways to drive retention of new hires.  
  • Understands that hiring is a team sport and has experience working cross-functionally, communicating clearly, and holding people accountable for deliverables. 
  • Expedites the hiring process with a focus on getting qualified candidates into clinics for hands-on practical, expedites offer and reference/background check process in collaboration with HR representatives for each area. 
  • Moves candidates from outside databases (Massage Envy’s ATS, Indeed and other job board and advertisement sites) into ADP Recruiting Manager platform. 
  • Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment process. 
  • Responsible new hire engagement; communicates and creates an exceptional candidate and new hire experience. 
  • Work with HR and Field Leadership to develop a clear staffing model and plan; ensures open positions are reflective of overall company hiring needs. 
  • Other projects or responsibilities as defined.
