Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Responsible for the coordination, stability, and status reporting of cross-functional project-oriented work efforts on complex technical CXP and Pega platforms.
Manages processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer specifications.
Assembles project plans and team assignments.
Directs and monitors work performance by managing resource requirements, performance quality analysis, and escalating timeline concerns in a timely manner.
Responsible for tracking project deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resource needs to meet customer requirements.
Schedules meetings and coordinates communication regarding project progress and risks that impact budget and/or timeline.
Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high intensity.
Also responsible for executive updates, financial governance and resource management.

Must be a good team player.
Desired Skills:
Agile, SCRUM experience
JIRA, Pega knowledge
Prior experience with client is a plus.
Education/Certifications:
PMP, CSM, project management certifications
Pay Range: $70 - $75
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
