You will work with cross-functional teams and lead the planning, execution, and success of technical projects with the ultimate purpose of improving our digital assistant and search experience for customers. We are looking for a Software Tester / QA to develop validation and test solutions for the AIML Data Platform portal that is the main landing and interface for our customers.

As a Software Tester / Quality Assurance Engineer in the AIML Data Platform team, you will be responsible for writing test and validation for the AIML Data Platform portal. This will include:

Key Qualifications
- 4 years of web testing or development
- Experience with selenium, cypress, playwright, puppeteer, cucumber, nightwatch or similar website and UI testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience creating tests that identify software bugs
- Analytical skills to independently perform first-level triage on test failures
- Software skills with automation languages such as Python, Swift, Ruby, or JavaScript
- Detailed-oriented approach to understanding, documenting, and executing on test requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about technical topics (verbal and written)
Description
As a Software Tester / Quality Assurance Engineer in the AIML Data Platform team, you will be responsible for writing test and validation for the AIML Data Platform portal. This will include:
- Work with feature teams to understand feature goals, components being modified, and interactions with the rest of the system.
- Develop feature test plans to ensure the portal achieves its testing goals
- Implement new tests when needed to achieve adequate coverage.
- Automate end-to-end and unit-level testing.
- Manage automated testing and triage test failures.
- Report on testing status and follow up to ensure regressions are addressed.
