Pay Range: $27 - $32
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Job Responsibilities:
- Steward of client's workplace and employee experiences.
- Serves as the point of contact for inquiries and requests regarding the workplace.
- Coordinates facility-related services with landlords and contractors.
- Local administration of employee parking and commuting.
- Coordinates employee moves for client tenants.
- Orders and schedules delivery and installation of furniture.
- Provides local office amenity oversight and support.
- Responds to events that impact client's office environment or tenants.
- Oversee local office safety programs and material management.
- Reconciles, codes, and authorizes invoices for payment related to overseen services.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan, coordinate and execute employee connectivity events.
- Coordinates testing of conference room technology, report defects, and steward repairs.
- Tenant oversite of sub-leasers and property management collaboration
- Exceptional written and verbal communications
- Strong follow-through skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Enthusiasm, stamina, and visually energetic
- Proficient with technology and capable of assisting others.
- Customer experience & hospitality mindset
- Ability to bring people together and achieve results through others.
- Bachelor's degree for four years or four years of full-time academic study beyond high school.
- Previous experience working in a corporate setting.
- Previous property management experience preferred.
- Position requires the ability to lift 40 pounds and regularly travel within the workspace.
