Position Summary
Pinnacle Operating Services Company, LLC (“Pinnacle”) is looking for a Receptionist in our Irving, TX office. The Receptionist will provide support and information to employees and external visitors. Working within the Human Resources department, the receptionist will be assigned duties to support the HR department.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide general office clerical support
- Aid and assist other administrative staff with support with overflow work (data entry, mail sort, research task)
- Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Route all incoming phone calls or walk in traffic to the appropriate individual
- Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies
- Track and maintain office essentials
- Provide general direction and support for all conference rooms
- Submit maintenance/service request

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience / Abilities:
- 1-2 years of receptionist/administrative assistance experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
- Have strong numerical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting
- Possess an open communication style which builds strong relationships at all levels of the organization
TRAVEL AND HOURS
- This position is full-time, standard operating hours
