Accountabilities
- Deliver specific product to the customer through adhering to internal standards on:
- Schedule
- Cost
- Risk
- Quality
- Communication with team and customer
- Day to day operations of project
- Supervising, setting goals, and objectives for execution team (2-10 individual performers)
- Communicating project progress to the customer
- Reporting and tracking quality and efficiency (performance) for execution team
- Consistent communication with customer (reports, meetings, etc.)
- People highly utilized
- Project plans are up to date
- Personnel hours, costs, and metrics are reported accurately on a regular basis
- Ensure team members understand work expectations
- Supervise 2-10 team members with an average of 6 team members
Required Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience executing projects
- 1 year leading a team of 2-10 people or more
- Experience working in the field (large industrial/complex facilities)
- Understanding of Project Management Fundamentals
- Ability to work at a customer site in the field
- Ability to hold others accountable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including:
- Microsoft Project
- Business acumen and communication
- Capable of evaluating resource needs and allocating to personnel
- Effective at communicating expectations, tasks, and procedures to team members, and project status updates, needs, and alerts to customer
- Performs quality checks on task work and records progress, productivity, and quality
- Sense of urgency
- Problem solver
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience in refineries or chemical plants
- Experience in PowerBI
- Experience in inspection, mechanical integrity and/or reliability services
Direct Reports
This position has supervisory responsibilities of 2-10 team members in managing task execution work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $76,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
