The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) role could be focused on partnering with a number of key clients across a variety of programs. This individual will need an entrepreneurial spirit, deep clinical trial project management experience, preferably from a pharma/CRO perspective, and a mature business presence to successfully engage with internal and external business partners. The following roles and responsibilities entail most of what this role may be asked to do, but could possibly expand based on the individual’s and organization’s needs. Qualifications and Education Requirements Candidates should have a 4-year college degree, at least 5 yrs clinical project management experience, able to lead others through influence, and be technically savvy. The preferred candidate will have experience in organizing, leading, and driving change. Candidates could have a background in a variety of functional areas/ clinical development. Preferred Skills Candidates need to thrive in a dynamic, service-minded, entrepreneurial environment. Business maturity and effective communication skills are required as the role will engage with key academic thought leaders and corporate executives. Candidates should desire to be part of a collaborative team of professionals and be interested in continually learning and developing. Additional Notes Travel may be required. | ||||
