Pinterest is looking for a UX Research Program Manager to create, set-up and run a Respondent Recruiting program.
What you’ll do:
- Understand the gaps in our current processes and propose a solution that makes the most sense for the team
- Run the program while supporting Qual Researchers on the team
- Support other Research Operations needs on the team (i.e vendor management, research coordination, etc)
What we’re looking for:
- A well organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills and an ability to ramp up quickly
- An owner, proposing ideas for improving efficiency and experimenting with new tools, processes, and techniques to streamline the recruiting process
- Exhibits strong communication/relationship skills, to quickly identify and navigate multiple internal teams who have strong direct relationships with end-user groups
- Eager to work within and support a growing team of UX Qualitative Research located throughout the US and Canada on domestic and global projects
- 2+ years work experience in a UX or Market research setting with an understanding of the research process, especially developing screeners and recruiting respondents for qualitative research
- 2+ years of work experience working at or with 3rd party recruiting vendors
