Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation system
- Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to upsell products or services
- Familiarity with technology sales, such as electronics or software, is beneficial
