The primary responsibility of the food prep operator is to count, record, calculate and prepare all products needed for the production staff utilizing the chopper, slicer, tamer, oven, steam table, fryer, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness, security, safety, uniform and company rules. Rotation of products and organizing the walk-in is essential to successfully operating this station. Any and all other tasks assigned
