Piper Companies is looking for a Demand Generation Manager for a leading specialty insurance organization in the Philadelphia, PA area.
THIS IS A HYBRID-REMOTE ROLE
Responsibilities for the Demand Generation Manager:
• You will lead efforts to create digital tools and resources that provide genuine value to the collector community to build awareness, strengthen brand preference, and enhance full-funnel marketing efforts
• You will be responsible to design, develop, execute, and iterate marketing programs, campaigns, and activities to increase traffic, leads, and pipeline activation, with the goal of increasing revenue
Qualifications for the Demand Generation Manager:
• At least 5 years of experience leading various digital media campaigns and demand generation strategy development including engagement campaigns (nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, and digital content strategy (i.e., gated offers))
• At least 5 years of expertise with reporting capabilities and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media effectiveness/monitoring tools
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and optimize demand generation and paid advertising efforts aligned with business goals, particularly PPC and Social Advertising
• Expert in Google, Bing, and Facebook Advertising Suites, Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, V lookups, etc.), amongst other digital marketing software
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing industry tools such as (Marketing automation, CRM, Google Ads, etc.).
• Ability tto synthesize data to make data-driven decisions while balancing against the 'art' of media strategy.
• Expertise in landing page optimization, lead gen and follow-up, and SEO projects.
Compensation for the Demand Generation Manager:
• Compensation target is $115K
