Internal Advisor Consultant

Piper Companies is seeking a driven and motivated Internal Advisor (Inside Sales) to join a client that is an investment management and solutions company.

This is a direct placement role with an on-site hybrid requirement of 2-3 days per week in Wayne, PA .

Responsibilities :

• Partner with external salesperson (Advisor Consultant) to drive sales through relationships, calls, meetings, and emails with Financial Professionals.
• Act as a go-between with the home office’ and Advisor Consultant in the field.
• Achieve and maintain an expert knowledge of the product line and the Investment Industry.
• Sell, cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain contact management system (CRM) to track all calls and conversations.

Requirements :

• NASD Series 7, or licenses required within first 3 months.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Financial Services. (Experience in the Investment or Financial Services business is not mandatory, but certainly helps.

Depending on experience, you may spend your first several months training and attaining your licenses before getting a territory.)

• Willingness to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows.
• We are looking for people who are motivated by a sales atmosphere. Whether you have sold or feel you are destined for sales.
