Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and supply chain operations.

Duties:
- Assist in managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials management.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, including training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain processes.

Requirements:

-Must be bi-lingual
- Proven experience in warehouse management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization.

- Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel and word
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week

• Monday to Friday
