Pro-Pipe is looking for a Branch Manager in Texas to help lead and grow our business!

Services:
- Cross Bore Inspection — Pro-Pipe helps utility providers eliminate the risks presented by new or replacement utility lines horizontally bored through existing wastewater infrastructure.
- Pipe Inspection — Pipe inspection reveals and assesses the condition of sewer pipes and storm drains while delivering risk-mitigation data that provides insight into current and future projects.
- Trenchless Repair — Non-intrusive pipe repair services are as robust as traditional repairs but are quicker and less invasive. They eliminate digging up the jobsite and the associated rehabilitation costs.
- Pipe Cleaning — Pro-Pipe is capable of cleaning pipes of all diameters. Your Responsibilities as the Texas Branch Manager:
This position will reside in Dallas, TX and oversee both our Dallas and Houston based Teams.
This position will be responsible for the daily operations by creating and fostering relationships with clients, peers, and employees. Manage and motivate personnel to ensure that workloads are completed daily. Responsibilities of the position include the following: other duties may be assigned:
Operations: Contribute your expertise to build and deliver a high growth organization focused on profitability, efficiency, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Create improvement with best practices, processes, and performance metrics that are driven throughout the business and used to monitor and deliver profitability.
- Establish and achieve operational efficiencies, revenue, profit, growth, production, safety, and other established goals.
- Ensure organized, clean, safe, and efficient work environments and well-maintained equipment and tools.
Business Development: Achieve growth and profitability with effective customer relationships, partner with Business Development to identify new business development and create opportunities for growth while maximizing relationships with existing customers.
- Create demand by demonstrating expertise and effective problem solving while performing all projects.
- Ensure highest customer retention and satisfaction through relationships, great communication, and prompt resolutions in a professional manner.
Leadership: Hire, train, retain and mentor to form high performing, high morale, result-oriented teams focused on high quality, safety, productivity, profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. Build strategic, productive relationships with leaders across the organization.
In addition, this role will include the following tasks and activities:
- Reviews scorecards and communicates expectations to employees to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
- Validates and approves daily personnel time reports.
- Ensures company standards and procedures are maintained for each part of the operation.
- Participate in the recruitment processes
- Work to reduce/control expenses, damages, and worker's comp / auto accidents.
- Performs investigations as needed: damages, auto, etc.
- Ensure day to day compliance with state regulations and contractual obligations.
- Participate in budget preparation and analysis.
- Develops employees and has the overall responsibility for employee engagement and morale.
What We Need from You (Our Requirements):
- High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
- Five or more years developing and leading high performing teams.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Proven project management experience
- Experience in the Field Service / Construction industry preferred
