Essential Functions
- Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to the team

- Delegates and assigns work to the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained per performance standards
- Creates work schedules
- Enforce and maintain safety protocols within work location
- Liaison between employees and management to effectively communicate the needs of both groups to one another
- Identify training needs/issues, and support the development, implementation, and assessment of on-going training programs
- Analyze and evaluate individual performance and productivity
- Training and on-going development of new hires, ensuring necessary tools and information are in place to achieve success

Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate degree or higher preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role required
- Contractor’s License from state of California; or must attain a contractor’s license within 6-12 months upon hire to remain in role.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work*
- *Team member must be available during days/times when installations are scheduled. This is generally a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend availability required to meet productivity peaks/fluctuations.
