Shop Technician
PIRTEK in Park City, IL is seeking to hire a full-time Shop Technician to fabricate custom hose assemblies, keep the warehouse in great shape, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

As a Shop Technician, you perform custom hose and tubing fabrication for our walk-in retail customers. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you accurately specify the correct replacement assembly based on customer-provided samples and specifications. You answer phones, assist with billing, and keep our shop clean, organized, and welcoming. You are meticulous about tracking inventory.
You are part of the backbone that our field technicians depend on to keep their jobs flowing smoothly by providing inventory and restock support. Our field technicians appreciate that they can depend on you to ensure that they have what they need when they need it. You play an important part in helping us complete jobs properly and efficiently. You love the satisfaction that you get out of keeping everything in order and providing exceptional service for our customers.
This position starts at $18-$20/hour with a typical schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. We also offer health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid training, and paid time off including vacation, sick time, and maternity/paternity leave.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with basic hand tools
