We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Receptionist/Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team at Pitbull Powersports. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, managing calls across all three of our locations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting appointments for sales, ensuring seamless transfers to appropriate departments without blind transfers, and warmly greeting customers while guiding them to the relevant departments. While prior knowledge of powersports is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a willingness to learn our product nomenclature and offerings.

**Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage incoming calls for all three Pitbull Powersports locations.
- Set appointments for sales inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Facilitate smooth transitions of calls to the appropriate departments, avoiding blind transfers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate areas.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks and support various departments as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and telephone systems.
- General knowledge of powersports vehicles is desirable; willingness to learn product details and terminology is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
