The Guest Services Lead Representative is a part-time, remote position with the primary responsibility of assisting the Ticketing Operations Manager and Director of Guest Experience in overseeing daily phone services operations. The Guest Services Lead Representative monitors phone queues, answers daily chat questions, reviews subscription orders, and resolves customer service problems. The Guest Services Lead Representative is also responsible for assisting in training all new hires for the phone services and the distribution of tasks.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or retail. Familiarity with ticketing systems is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills both written and verbal, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills. The hourly rate for this position is $21/hour with typically 20-30 hours weekly. This role is primarily daytime hours however it will require the occasional weekend hours.
