JobSummary : The Communications Agent is responsible forcreating managing and disseminating internal and externalcommunications to enhance the company's image andreputation.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Develop and implement communication strategies that alignwith the company's goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information andensure accurate and timely dissemination ofcommunications.
• Handle media inquiries andbuild relationships with journalists influencers and otherstakeholders.
• Assist in the organization andpromotion of events such as press conferences product launches andcorporate meetings.
• Monitor media coverage andindustry trends to inform communication strategies and provideinsights to senior management.
• Prepare anddistribute media kits press materials and other communicationcollateral.
• Support crisis communicationefforts ensuring timely and appropriate responses to protect thecompany's reputation.
• Maintain acontent calendar and ensure deadlines are met for all communicationinitiatives.
• Collaborate with the design teamto create visually appealing and effective communicationmaterials.

Qualifications :

• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
• Strong understanding of social mediaplatforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software(e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with mediaand industry professionals.
