What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR position at Pizza Hut?
The CSR is responsible for processing customer menu orders via the telephone.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answer the telephone within 3 rings with a smile in his/her voice
2. Follow the phone script/offer to explain specials
3. Take customer menu order
4. Suggestive sell additional menu items
5. Enter order accurately in POS system
6. Repeat order for accuracy
7. Handle customer problems efficiently and in a friendly manner
8. Greet all customers
9. Clean front of house area
10. Assist in preparing menu items
11. Assist with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed
12. Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements of the Position:
1. Attendance and punctuality
2. Wear a clean and proper company uniform
3. Complete training certification
4. Follow company policies and procedures
5. At least 15 years of age
6. Able to verbally communicate to customers via the telephone
7. Able to visually read computer monitor to process customer orders
8. Able to enter customer data into the computer using the keyboard
9. Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
