Responsibilities
· Management and leadership skills to coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
· Represent the brand with delivering superior service and hot, fresh product
· Maximize customer satisfaction by responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
· Organize and supervise shifts
· Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation; clean restaurant
· Control operational costs
· Drive profitability
· Lead by example and uplift/motivate staff during moments in our face-paced environment
