Trade & B2B Marketing Activation Manager (fixed term contract) Health & Medical Division Location: Warsaw About the role: You will be a part of Marketing Team working in the area of brand activation reporting to Senior Marketing Activation Manager. In your role you will be responsible for projects in the Trade & B2B marketing, reinforcing TENA and building JOBST, Actimove and Leukoplast position in key channels. What You will do: Execute marketing plans according to brief from Brand Managers across Brands and Channels Provides channels and customers insights to local BMs Partners with sales for synchronization of sales and marketing activities and execution at customers POS Co-develop yearly activation plans, especially for pharmacies, medical shops and healthcare professionals and prepare post promo evaluations Support KAMs in creating and execution of communication plan for distributors and pharmacy chains Create merchandising standards and POS materials Deliver presentations & trainings for customers Represent Essity on industry fairs & conferences Perform regular customer’s visits & store checks; prepare feedback on market situation, product availability/visibility/shelf price positioning Run customer researches (Customer Satisfaction Survey, Mystery Shopper) Analyze market data, competitor’s activities and take actions to secure Essity position if needed Plan and control A&P budget to secure efficiency of trade & B2B marketing investments Ensure sufficiency and accuracy of A&P allocation What are your competencies and skills: Higher education At least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing/B2B Marketing/ Marketing in Pharmaceutical, Medical devices companies (experience in Sales will be an added value) Understanding of Trade Marketing tools and ability to use them efficiently Experience in cooperation with pharmacy chains will be an added value Energetic, result-oriented with good project management and analytical skills Good communication and presentation skills Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point) Fluent Polish and good knowledge of English (spoken & written) Driving Licence cat.
