BRIVITY MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Your Opportunity: PLACE INC. is looking to take on a Marketing Associate to assist the company with the coordination and execution of all product, cross-brand, and customer marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has a combination of marketing, creative writing, and systems experience and is willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish tasks and ensure everything meets exceptional standards.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the ideation and execution of content-driven multi-channel campaigns (editorial, social, email, video)
- Responsible for social media execution
- Oversee and participate in the creation, publishing, and monitoring of social content on all social platforms.
- Execute and contribute ideation and brainstorming of creative and promotional content.
- Collaborate with various internal brand stakeholders on content.
- Lead day-to-day social management - listening, drafting relevant content and responses with our guidelines and tone of voice.
- Escalating issues and working cross-functionally with other team members when drafting responses.
- Assist Marketing Director with email marketing efforts
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, graphic design, and product development teams to create and deliver compelling email communications for various audiences, including newsletters, sales promotions, and event invites.
- Develop and maintain content plans and activations corresponding with the email calendar.
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the marketing team.
- Use systems such as Hubspot, Zoom, and Eventbrite to execute marketing campaigns and report accordingly.
- Market research for the development of webinars
- Assists in the coordination of webinars for customers and prospects including setup, promotion, tracking/reporting, hosting the broadcast, and handling follow-up communications
- Interact with graphic designers on staff to review and finalize webinar slides
- Assist with tracking key metrics for webinar monthly reporting
- Work with sales and hosts on webinar topic ideation
- Assist Marketing Director with event coordination for all Brivity, PLACE, and other events
- Ordering/purchasing supplies and equipment
- Planning with a variety of vendors/suppliers and event location contacts via phone and email
- Event set-up and take-down, employee volunteer coordination - may require work outside of normal office hours
- Shipping and tracking booth components
- Working closely with Marketing Director and exhibitor service provider to plan and execute event floorplan
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, or marketing-focus preferred
- Social media experience including scheduling, calendar management, copywriting, and ideation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous copywriting experience preferred
- HubSpot experience is a plus
