Our premier clients' Fabrics Division is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team in Elkton, Maryland for both 2nd (3PM-11:30PM) and 3rd shift (11PM-7:30AM). In this role, you will help to ensure that we are meeting our operations objectives and business needs. The pay rate for these roles are $21/hour.

Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment and comply with all plant safety policies
- Performing data collection & data entry throughout the shift
- Utilizing quality systems, work instructions, and SOPs to consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements, both internal & external
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities and perform multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn more advanced computer applications as well as good documentation and record keeping skills
- Basic math skills with the ability to read a ruler
- Must be self-directed, motivated, and willing to adapt to changing business needs, with a willingness to work overtime, weekends, and alternate between shifts as needed
- Attentiveness to detail and organization
- Willingness to identify issues and find resolutions
- Work independently as well as in a team environment
- Perform quality checks & QA functions
- Ability to: Lift up to 35lbs
- Adequate eyesight to identify quality defects
