Under direct supervision, provides customer service in the form of cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, receiving loan payments, making credit card advances, and preparing change orders for customers.ustomer service, teller, cash, bank, banking, retail, commercial

• Provides customer services in the form of cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, receiving loan payments, making credit card advances, and preparing change orders for customers.
• Sells products including but limited to money orders (official checks), travelers’ checks and savings bonds, as well as cross sell other products.
• Balances cash drawer and other receipt daily, as well as ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) when required.
• Processes various night-drop and mail transactions as needed.
• Wraps and bags coin, verifies currency, mixes new currency and turns-in mutilated currency.
• Performs miscellaneous duties such as filing, answering phones, maintaining supplies, etc.
• Ability to work and adapt to changing organizational and operational needs and take on additional principal duties and responsibilities as needed.il, commercial

• High School diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent.
• Six months previous cash, sales and/or customer service required.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with basic calculator skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets via Microsoft Office products as well as custom applications and systems.
