Maintenance Plan Manager
The Maintenance Plan Manager will be responsible for tracking all aspects of maintenance plans that have been sold. This includes reporting, scheduling & coordinating internal & external resources to ensure maintenance plan visits are successfully completed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have project management experience, excellent communication skills, self- motivation, and a desire to drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracking backlog of visits
- Ensuring MP’s are being scheduled on time
- Running monthly reports to show progress
- Solving on site issues with project management experience
- Interacting with internal team members for individual projects
- Expand current scheduling process for the most efficiency
- Be an ambassador for maintenance plans when interacting with external resources

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to reach out to integrators/end users in regards to scheduling & on site needs
- Ability to build meaningful reports & gather data
- Ability to present & communicate effectively, both in written and oral form
- Proficiency with basic office and communication software
- Working knowledge of information technologies and applications
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics industry; preferably display-related technologies and applications
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
