Planned Parenthood Action Fund is the advocacy and political arm of PPFA. PPFA seeks a dynamic and effective individual to play a leadership role in the development and execution of strategic policy initiatives and related program work that require high-level coordination across teams, the development of new advocacy and communication pathways, and aggressive development and execution of strategies to meet goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Policy Development & Strategy, this position will serve as a key thought partner to the Senior Director in driving forward policy development work, particularly with an eye on 2021 and beyond. Additionally, the Associate Director will manage key portfolios of work with an emphasis on outcome, manage policy research projects, produce grant proposals and reports, serve as a key national office connection to affiliates, and ensure efficient and results-oriented coordination between stakeholders, including affiliates, other national office departments and divisions, and consultants. The Associate Director will also supervise junior staff.
