Client care specialist

We are hiring for a full-time, marketing manager and strategist. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to perform a variety of in-house tasks, including managing our voice for other professionals, putting together educational sessions, and assisting and communicating with our current client base.

We have over 300 families that participate in an annual client cycle that is well organized but needs someone to keep it detailed and tracked.

An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas, and someone that is outgoing and confident.

Also, this position will manage our client maintenance program, so interaction with clients and good customer clients skills are required.

Compensation : $20 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other branding material that represents our goals and objectives
• Ability to work independently to create content for social media, newsletters, professional contacts of the firm, and more
• Communicate with clients and other professionals as directed - strong writing skills and ability to structure necessary voice for firm
• Create marketing materials such as website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other branding material that aligns with our goals and objectives
• Assist with radio show promotions, workshops for the public, and potential client follow-up
• Organize and track client opportunities from marketing strategy
• Organize and assist the attorney with scheduling meetings with professional relationships

Qualifications :

• Must report to office - not a remote job
• Must dress professionally, this work is at a law office
• Must have reliable transportation
• Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly and able to work independently
• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Detailed in organizing processes with client communication and maintaining current client base satisfaction
• Appropriate computer and online media skills; specifically use of Microsoft
