Your role.

As part of our client delivery team, the Campus Recruiting Program Manager will drive multiple campus programs in collaboration with our Human Resources Team. This role will report to the Director of Recruiting and have frequent opportunities to interact with senior HR leadership on strategy and execution of centrally coordinated campus programming and events, related to early talent identification, engagement and DEI.


Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Participate in and lead key program initiatives including developing new program strategies, process design, process re-engineering and budgeting
  • Drive overall program timelines, communication strategy, meeting planning, tools, etc.
  • Identification, analysis and stakeholder reporting of key program metrics
  • Plan, design, manage and measure the success of campus/entry level Inclusion and Diversity recruiting programs
  • Oversee PM's internship programming to drive firm's recruitment goals while ensuring operational excellence, including:
    • content development and student engagement
    • client experiences
    • overall intern conversion success
  • Partner with Talent Development team on program training & development strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop a campus program branding strategy.


The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field
  • 5 years of experience preferred as a Campus or Corporate Recruiter, or University/Recruiting Program Manager
  • 3 years' experience in extensive Project Management required
  • 3 years' experience in event planning
  • Previous experience creating and evaluating recruiting programs for diverse student programming
  • Recruiting for professional services organizations preferred
  • PHR or SPHR highly preferred
  • Qualified individuals must either reside in our Plante Moran footprint or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
  • Frequent travel throughout the region, with heightened travel requirements during peak recruiting seasons is required for this position

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please review position location for applicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:

$7,500.00 to $11,250.00
We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
