## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to help open and operate Play-It Grill in the Play-It Multi-Sports Facility. Play-it is a 30,000 sf facility and the Grill is located near the entrance. The kitchen is built and ready to go. The ideal candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation while ensuring high-quality standards and food safety practices.
## Duties
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food production activities
- Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
## Experience

Looking for an entrepreneur who can make our Grill successful and share in the profits. An ownership option is also available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
