Job description *
We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, with strong hospitality and sales skills. High commission percentage with no cap and extremely attractive hours (closed at 6 on weekdays, 5 on Saturday)
Duties:
- Conduct sales calls to existing and potential customers
- Provide sales support to customers, answering inquiries and offering product information
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a dealership setting
- Strong hospitality skills, making customers feel relaxed and welcome
- Proficiency in sales software tools for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients
