Store Manager

We are looking for a result-driven retail Store Manger to be responsible for inventory management, ordering products, ensuring all sales associates job duties are completed. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction. To be successful, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer and employee satisfaction throughout
• Assess store and employee needs, provide assistance and information
• Incentivize and review sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of store.
• Inventory management, maintain a well-stocked and accurate inventory
• Actively seek out ways to improve store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases, maintain POS and inventory
• Handle defective merchandise
• Team up with employees to ensure proper customer service and cleaning duties are completed
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and employees
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
• Stocking and displaying merchandise appropriately in-store

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Manager or similar role
• Basic understanding of management, customer service, and sales principles.
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• High school degree
• Must be a self-starter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
