Sales Lead Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for scheduling Sales leads and scheduling installations for the Install Team.
The S.L.I.C position is the pocket protector for the install department!
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Efficiently and effectively plan and route sales technicians to calls based on technician availability and skillsets.
- Promptly responds to Sales & Install Technicians’ requests, both by our messaging platform and telephone.
- Contact all customers to confirm appointments, both for Install and Sales leads
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their jobs
- Track, update, schedule projects, pull permits for required jobs
- Process payments
- Keep accurate records
- Book sold jobs and communicate availability to customers
- Prepare technicians for success.
- Handle customer inquiries and manageable complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base
- Other tasks as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, dispatching, or other related fields is highly preferred
- Experience in the home service industry preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Google Sheets and Microsoft Office experience
- Service Titan experience preferred
COMMUNICATION & TASKS
Completion of training checklist, QC checklist and routine communications
with the Install Manager. Build out written job standards including safety, craftsmanship and materials.
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED COMPLETION BY END OF YEAR 1
Install Service System, 40 hr OSHA training class, Install Management and Coordination training, & Sales management & Coordinating
POSITION START TIMELINE
Estimated April. 1st 2022
WORKWEEK
Typical workweek is eight (8) to (10) hour days, five (5) days per week, with regular weekend or evening work per
rotational on-call schedule.
During peak times and seasonal extreme weather-related events, the position may require long hours and weekend availability by phone.
SHIFT
Start time daily at 6:00am to Approximately 4:00pm
