CoolToday The Lead Dispatcher is responsible for supervision of the dispatch team to ensure operational controls, administrative duties, reporting procedures and systems are in place to effectively manager logistical activity.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Assisting in hiring of new dispatchers.
- Train new onboarded dispatchers.
- Coach existing dispatchers.
- Track monthly dispatchers’ performance.
- Schedule creation.
- PTO approval.
- Daily board review to ensure process is followed and boards are maintained.
- Assistance on phones, emails, chats, boards as needed.
- Daily review of open job report, invoice open report.
- Tracking for monthly dispatch bonus
- Training/Evaluating the dispatch staff and managing performance.
- Directs activity and responsible for accountability of dispatch team.
- Assists in the hiring/onboarding and training of new dispatchers.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple functions while managing work time efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Mandatory weekends flexibility Full time 40-50 hours per week Monday-Friday, depending on season and demand, weekends needed. Travel as required.
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, preferably in Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing, or a related industry
- Fast paced. Office environment.
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
