What's Your Role:
(Summary)
The role of an Account Executive is to manage the overall client relationships for multiple clients and prospects while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Executive is highly engaged in client communication as well as internally working with other Plus team members surrounding overall account management. Additional responsibilities include the identification of new opportunities within existing clients as well as prospecting for new clients. Account Executive will focus on selling Salesforce Solutions but will also work with all solutions offered. You will need to be a highly driven and well rounded.
How You'll Contribute:
(Responsibilities)
- Identify, qualify and close opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle; build rapport with prospects, get initial meeting, demonstrate service and close opportunities
- Prepare and explain the details related to pricing and agreements/contracts
- Transition Clients to the Project management team after an opportunity closes
- Grow relationships in existing base of clients
- Generates revenues and meet/ exceeds sales targets
- Works with internal team to drive revenue
- Delivers effective sales presentations
- Identifies client/agency needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities
- Lead qualification
- Attend networking events and conferences
- Build your own personal network to grow sales
- Position Plus with customers as well as partners and create opportunity to differentiate
- Build Account Plans for client base
What's Needed for Success in this Role:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales & marketing experience
- Ability to meet aggressive goals & deadlines
- Excellent communication
- Preferred experience selling Salesforce Solutions
- Strong phone skills
- Experience in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and CRM
- Strong track record of consistent revenue growth
- Must be able to balance multiple tasks and be a team player
- Highly self-motivated with a drive for success
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain client profiles within CRM
- Ability to meet deadlines
