Recruiter
LOCATION: DMV
CITIZENSHIP: U.S. Citizen
CLEARANCE LEVEL: Must be able to obtain a TS clearance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and ensure interview scorecards are completed
- Process job requisitions and communicate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and requirements are current
- Support employee experience efforts
- Create job requisitions and post on company website and other recruitment sites
- Search online resume databases and social networking sites for qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct business development recruitment efforts and incumbent capture efforts
- Support recruitment initiatives including diversity outreach programs, internship program, employee referral program, career fairs and networking events
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist with performance management procedures
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred
- Certifications such as SHRM Talent Acquisition specialty certification, LinkedIn Recruiter certification, or AIRS recruiting certifications within 1 year of hire highly preferred
- Proficiency with G Suite applications and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Flexible with the ability to adjust priorities as needed
