PMA Companies' In-House Counsel seeks an experienced Secretary to provides administrative support to our NJ Staff Counsel business functions. In this position, utilize your demonstrated support experience to perform related administrative duties supporting litigation attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support by typing and proofreading daily correspondence, maintaining Webseries check system, bill paying and accounts management.
- Order supplies, Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, assist with budget process, open/close files and prepares monthly reports.
- Record and diary due dates for legal staff and communicate scheduled items to attorneys.
- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling needs and resolution of schedule conflicts.
- Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
