We seek a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in the New York office. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies designed to drive conversion, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the specialist must ensure that integrated digital strategies are aligned with and delivered to client objectives.

The ideal candidate will be adept at overseeing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, paid social media, email marketing, display, and retargeting.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aimed at conversion and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with campaign goals.
  • Oversee campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, affiliate, display, and retargeting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement best practices.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget based on the insights to improve cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy to evaluate new channels and deliver incremental value.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a performance marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate marketing, paid social, display, and retargeting.

Experience with programmatic advertising a plus.

  • Proficient in using marketing technology tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing / dicing data.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Typical wage range : $75k - $90k

Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.

The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
