Fast paced East Valley Community Management Company seeking applicants for experienced portfolio Community Association Manager.

Portfolio Community Association Manager candidates must have at least 1-year experience in managing homeowner associations, knowledge of AZ statutes, and a CMCA or CAAM designation. Candidates should also possess leadership capabilities, strong written and oral communication skills, be detailed oriented, proficient in MS Office and industry related software, and able to work under pressure. Position requires regular community inspections and compliance enforcement, oversight of vendors, assisting the Board of Directors in contract review and negotiation, drafting correspondence, requests for proposals, responding to service and owner requests, reviewing financial statements and preparing annual budget, and attending board meetings.
